Watermelon Popsicles

Makes 1 Ice Cube Tray

A quick note on the recipe: If you have actual popsicle molds, those work as well! You just may need to double the recipe to have enough.



  1. Dice up your watermelon, and throw it in a blender.
  2. Add the sugar and lime juice to the blender. (Not the toothpicks though!)
  3. Blend everything until smooth. Pour the juice into an ice cube tray. Stick the tray in the freezer, and chill for 30 mins or until slushy. Stick a toothpick in each mini-popsicle.
  4. Chill until fully frozen, take the popsicles out, and enjoy!
