Makes 1 Ice Cube Tray
A quick note on the recipe: If you have actual popsicle molds, those work as well! You just may need to double the recipe to have enough.
- 3 C. Diced Watermelon
- 5 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Lime Juice

- Dice up your watermelon, and throw it in a blender.
- Add the sugar and lime juice to the blender. (Not the toothpicks though!)
- Blend everything until smooth. Pour the juice into an ice cube tray. Stick the tray in the freezer, and chill for 30 mins or until slushy. Stick a toothpick in each mini-popsicle.
- Chill until fully frozen, take the popsicles out, and enjoy!
